Owain also has an impressive track record of delivering successful bidding, mobilisation, transition and project management for a range of public and private sector organisations. He has managed complex projects, including mobilisation and transition programmes, with input from all levels of organisations. He also has a successful track record of producing high quality, high scoring responses to procurement exercises within the property, asset management and sustainability sectors.
